Are these flip flops??

Ok, so I had to ask, are these considered flip flops? I guess you could say so.

Well anyways Sanuk [a flip flop company] heard the many cries of tanners of the world complaining about the ugly tan lines flip flops create. So they created these. They call them "Ibiza" [weird name right?] Apparently if you alternate between these and regular flip flops at the beach, you won't get those ugly tan lines on your feet.
I've seen them in these two colors, green/blue and pink. But on their website they have them in black, brown and blue. The best thing besides avoiding tan lines is their great price, at around $17. They are available online as well as in stores.

Smoking Hot, Nike Blazers.

Now for some of you this may be a first sighting, but don't be fooled Nike Blazers have been around the block a few times. They are one of the many classics Nike still has in production. [Along with the Air Force One's and Dunks of course] They collaborate these shoes about as much as any other Nike shoe. With clothing brands, food brands and the like. Unlike many shoes on the market, Blazers, have very thick soles. You could stick one of those pins in there and you would never feel it. They come in low top, mid, and high top varieties.
Like all purchase able items these have a price! And they start at about $325 [for extremely rare special editions] to about $65 [on sale] I don't know anyone who wears them, so if you like them you would truly be and individual. You can find them anywhere Nike products are sold. So the best choice would be to go to the Nike store.

Maximum Air w/ Air Max 90's

I went shoe shopping yesterday with my friend and I saw these, and I thought 'what a perfect shoe to blog about.' Air Max 90's are some of my favorite shoes. With their classic look, they are impossible not to love. These were one of the first pairs of Nike's to have a visible air pocket. In 1978 nobody thought that this shoe would become the icon that it now is. I've yet to get these shoes as well, but as soon as this recession is over [or I get my stimulus check, which ever comes first] I shall be buying a pair.

If you've worn Nike's before you know that comfort comes first, it's no different with the Air Max 90's. They come in so many different colors it's like you are choosing from an infinite rainbow. As with all Nike's these come with a hefty price tag at $490 [for extremely rare colors or quick releases] to $70 [ which is about the average price] They can be found at any Foot Locker, Champs, and sometimes at Underground Station.
It you like these go to: Nike and click on Nike Sportswear, from there it will take you to their selection of Air Max 90's.

Tasty Pastries!

These my dear readers are Pastry's, and my do they look delicious. Their creators are Vanessa and Angela Simmons, daughters of the famous Reverend Run, and the nieces of Richard Simmons. When they realized that their uncles brand had nothing specifically for the ladies, they invented Pastries. A nice fashionable shoe dedicated to all the ladies. The creative thing about this brand is that all the styles are food names. For example; Glam Pie, Fab Cookie, Smore, and Secret Sundae.

I've never actually seen people wear these, so I you buy them you sould be truly unique. They come in a variety of colors to match a good portion of your closet. They range from about $65-$90. [not that bad a price for the quality they have] These are the perfect shoes if you want to emulate Angela and Vanessa Simmons.

Oh Yeah Reeboks!

Reebok's, what can't I say about these shoes. Not a personal favorite of mine, but i love how they manage to stay in the sneaker world by consistently being individuals. They are most popular with those of the dancing variety, i.e. people from America's best dance crew. Supposedly they are flexible and allow for an array of movement. They also collaborate with many popular brands like Kool Aid [shown below] and they are also partnered with Jay-Z and G-Unit. Reebok's do their best work on specialized holiday color ways.
I tend not to like their styles, but if you do I happen to know where you can find them. They sell at and Foot Locker, Champs, Finish Line, Underground Station, etc. In fashionable sneakers they run on the cheaper side at about $30-$50 [only if they are for a special event]

Created by the one and only Jordan.

These shoes are often imitated, but never ever duplicated. They were created by arguably the best basketball player in recent history Michael Jordan. This brand has over 23 different styles, which are numbered accordingly, for his famous number 23. All of these shoes were created for use on the basketball court, but as Jordan's fame grew, his shoes moved further and further onto the fashion side. They usually appeared in his teams colors, but he often released other colorways. Not only does Jordan Brand have twenty-three pairs of main line shoes, they also have many other models. Such as; Six Rings, Dub Zeros, Spiz'ikes, and Fusions. [which are a mix of classic Jordans and air force ones]

Of the shoes that Jordan has released in previous years many of them are very difficult to find. For example the original Air Jordan 7's. As a ploy to increase their popularity, Jordan brand only released shoes twice a year, but now every couple of years or so they re-release shoes in original and new colors. They call this retro-ing and often they change slight details on the shoes. Jordans cost anywhere from $75-$2000. [yes, i know that's kinda ridiculous] Save up your money and buy the shoes that look like the shoes that a legend once wore.
If you really like them check out their website: Air Jordan
They can be found at any Foot Locker, Champs, Finishline.
